You will need Pokemon that can defeat Pike queen lucys pokemon
She has seviper, shuckle and I don't remeber the other one. It's been too long since I played emerald. Bring in any team the first time then addjust it from there.

Hi. Pike Queen Lucy has a Seviper, Shuckle and Milotic. Bring a Rock, Psychic and Electric types. DON'T use a grass type because of Seviper's poison tail and Milotic's Ice Beam, and for shuckle prepare for a long battle on the count of it's a Bug/Rock type and it has either a shell bell or leftovers. I can't remember which one.
