Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hey I really really really need help. I need finding latios on my emerald game. I found latias on my old saphire game using this weird little cheat thingy. It said to get a level 13 psyduck and put it in my party. Any ideas on how to make latios appear without having to go to that special island???

If you did go to the special island you would find latias ther not latios, because you chose latios. The only way you find them is by luck. A cheat with psyduck sounds corny.

If you chose the blue one (latios) and you have it already, you wont be able to get latias in that game... Unless you cheat.or go to a special event. i just trade my Pokemon out to my "home game pak" (one I never erase) and erase my game on the pak, and start again. This time, when I get to that part after about 25hrs gameplay, I choose the other one I didn't choose last time. That's how you get them the "honest" way. (but you need two gameboys, and a few gamepaks.)

Wll if you have seen him once then do this

Check your map where he/she is,then turn off th gme and restart go to the location and it should be there
