Question for Pokemon Emerald

I have almost all of the Pokemon that you can catch in Emerald alone, including the evolved forms. I've heard of Pokemon outbreaks where you'll be able to catch Pokemon from other games in certain routes. When will this happen and which Pokemon will I be able to catch?

I never heard of it so I would think none

All you have to do is mix records with a game that has Pokemon you couldn't normally obtain in Emerald Version, take Ruby Version, for example. After you mix records, constantly search the TV for a broadcast of a rare Pokemon outburst on a certain route!! I've only had two types of outbursts so far: Skitty and Surskit. But I bet there's more!

nate-dog answered:

I have heard of this. And the Pokemon are mainly skitty and surskit. And if you check the tvs on the game, they will say there is an outbrak on a Pokemon on route whatever.

jambon answered:

This does not happen in emerald

KnockEmDead1996 answered:

They tell you when and where when you watch certain channels on the T.V.
