Ok I know regice is in shoal cave but how do you get to him when the stairs..

Question for Pokemon Emerald

Ok I know regice is in shoal cave but how do you get to him when the stairs aren't coming down far enough???? I'm competely confuse and need an answer ASAP!

Regice isn't in Shoal Cave. It's sealed away on Route 105 on a hidden island.

Uh, Sorry, but Regic isn't in Shole Cave, he's in Island cave. You can get to it by going to Dewford and head to route 106. From there, surf until you reach a female swimmer and keep going. You'll pass a male swimmer and come across some land. Ignor it until you come to another swimmer (male) stationary in the water and you see a big piece of land with trees and a man running up and down. Make your way to the other side of the island and surf up until you see another Swimmer (female) swimming up and down. Continue up past her and you'll come across an island island surrounded by 6 small rocks. Inside is Regice.

Shoal Cave is where you catch spheal and collect materials for the Shell Bell. You can only get to the stairs during high tide, so leave and come back a few hours later.

Regice isnt at the shoal cave! The easyest way to find him is to start from pettleberg and surf to an opening in the rocks. It ends up being at route 105
