1) My team was Pelipper (level 100) Shock Wave, Surf, Hyper Beam and Ice Beam.
Charizard level 100 Flamethrower, Blast Burn, Dragon Claw and Wing Attack.
And Raichu level 100 Thunder, Thunderbolt, Brick Break and Return.

2) Some Pokemon learn it naturally, I can't remember where the TM is.

3) No, it's not.

4) Mix records with someone who has it.

5) You'll have to cheat.

6) With a bunch of Pokemon teams that can beat each factory brain.

7) It can take forever, I've been playing for over a year and it hasn't happened for me yet.

8) Skitty you'll have to get traded from Ruby/Sapphire, and you can steal Moon Stones from Lunatone, and Sun Stones from Solrock.

9) Pikachu is a rare find anywhere in the first few area of Safari Zone, and it has light ball (on rare occasion). I'm not sure about the metal coat.

10) You find Surskit in Ruby.

11) I'm pretty sure it's in Mt. Pyre.

Creepglitch answered:

I can answer questions 1, 2, 7 and 10.

1) Shuckle has the greatest Defence and Special Defence basestat of ALL Pokemon in the game!

- Try to poison or burn it. Use Leech Seed too if you have it + Poison/Burn and watch it's HP drop! Leech Seed (unlike posion and burn) can't be healed by Rest, if Shuckle has that move.

- It's type line-up (Rock/Bug) means that it's weak only to Rock and Water.

2) You'll find it in the same cave you fight Archie. You know, where he wakes up Kyogre. If you missed it, too bad.

7) It's all about luck and only luck! Trade Pokemon with many people to get as many different ID-numbers. They all count! Match all numbers to get a free Master Ball.

10) Go to the top of Mt. Pyre's indoor quarters and drop down through the holes until you can reach this item.

Hope I helped you at least a little bit.

Ok I will only ans question no1

I used metagroos that new metor mash

cgcookiegirl answered:

1. Use a good Pokemon that can inflict a good, damaging Status Condition! After Shuckle uses Rest 10 times, start the countdown by inflicting the Condition.
2. Earthquake is inside the Seafloor Cavern near the end of the area.
3. Probably not, but if it is, you'll probably need a Gameshark or Action Replay to go into space.
4. You need an AR. The events don't even happen anymore...
5. AR, of course. Well, Jirachi can be obtained with the Colesseum Bonus Disk. That's how I got one!
6. Have a good, solid team, all preferably at Lv100, with several types for different advantages. If you lose, heck, get up and try again!
7. Well, for starters, trade with someone! You get more chances that way. Second of all, don't revolve your time around the lottery!
8. Skitty is found outside of Rusturf Tunnel by Rustboro. They're rare, though.
Also, there's a 5% chance of a wild Solrock holding a Sun Stone. And since Lunatone is only obtainable in Sapphire Version, you'll have to trade for more Moon Stones!
9. Pikachu is found near the beginning, once again, with a 5% chance of holding a Light Ball. Pokemon like Magneton usually hold the Metal Coat (with the usual chance of 5%).
10. You mixed records with Ruby. Good! Now, look for a TV broadcast about a rare outburst of Surskit on a certain Route. Now you can go out and nab one!
11. The Sea Incense is found inside Mt. Pyre.

Peace, man.
