Question for Pokemon Emerald
How do you get all johto poke? And is it worth getting action replay for emerald? If it is, how much of a chance is it that it crashes your game?

Most of the Johto's can be found in the Safari Zone, the rest can be found in FireRed and Leafgreen. The only ones you can't get are Lugia Ho-Oh and Celebi, unless you cheat. You'll need to catch all 200 Hoenn Pokemon before you can choose a Johto starter. You'll have to cheat to get the rest of them.
