Ok pal... I need to know what your other Pokemon are and there movesets and there lvls. But all you kind of need is an Electric Pokemon around lvl 40 if possible. Catch a pikachu in the Safari or something.

It'd be better if we knew what other Pokemon you had, but I sugest a Grass or electric type. Perferably an electric, because he has a Molictoc with Ice Beam (and a few more with it too, I think) and a tentacrule with Toxic and Sludge bomb, so it can easily take out a grass type. So Prabaly a Magneton. I beat the Elite Four with a Lv.50 Magneton, Lv.48 Altaria , Lv.49 Secptile, Lv.49 Gyrados, Lv.49 Ninetails, and a Lv.49 Sharpedo. So...the best team would be sorta like this, and Gyrados knew thunderbolt, so that made it an okay last resort Pokemon for him, too.

Hope this helped, not really good at these sort of things.

You need to think of the weaknesses of water types which are electric and grass. I would like to see the rest of your team, but I think I can manage. For the grass type, I would choose a Breloom with Giga Drain. For the electric type, I would suggest a Manectric, knowing Thunder. You might want to have a dragon type(if you can get one), because one of his Pokemon is a dragon type. All of the Pokemon I reccommended should be in the mid 40s.
