How do you find relicanth I can't find it anywhere and so I can't find the regi's

Under water at the entrance of sootopolis city search in the grass around the bottom and you should find it there. Although it is very rare.

Just use Dive anywhere the water is deep and has tall seaweed, it may take a while but trust me it appears sooner or later.

go to sootopolis then dive go to the seaweeds and look for it there. relicanth is a very rare ancient pokemon its very hard to get because of its rareness
