It's me again but if you can't go to the other reigions how do you catch Pokemon like dragonite

You can't go to the other regions, that is true, but you can get a copy of fire red or leaf green. You can get a dratini, evolve it to dragonair, then to dragonite, and trade it. You can find action replays fairly cheap on ebay or similar sites. Your local games store might be able to order you one, but it will cost you! I have two gameboys and a game link cable, it makes trading tons easier!

The only way to get the Pokemon from other regions is to trade them.To get them all you will need eather Pokemon leaf green or fire red,pokemon colussam,pokemon xd gale of darkness,and the hook ups so you can trade gameboy to gamecube.(you will also need a game shark or action replay to get deoxes)Then you need to get all Pokemon on each of the games including emrald then trade them to the game you want to have the national pokedex filled.

You don't unless you have game shark or action replay. But you could always trade them from fire red and leaf green.
