Where do I find latios cause my mom (in the game)said with one do I want and I said blue where do I find him! Plz help

He dosen't hide anywhere he just goes everywhere. In water, the desert, tall grass. You just have to be where he is. It's a hard coincidence to nail but he seems to appear when you least expect him.

He can be found randomly anywhere in Hoen. He moves around randomly, there is no certain order to where he goes. When you find him he will run as soon as the battle begins, so you will have to use the masterball on him, or use block or mean look on him(nosepass's can learn block and golbats and crobats can learn mean look).
