Question for Pokemon Emerald
Ok I am wanting to get Kyogre & Groudon,but I don't know where they are.I am wondering where you go after beating the elite four to find them.

Go to the weather institure and talk to the scientist at the far left side he will talk of a massive drought (Groudon) and rainfall (Kyogre) for a specfic route, go there and the route should be sunny for Groudon and rainy for Kyogre, for Groudon the is a cave in the sunny route called Terra Cave follow it to find Groudon. For Kyogre there is a dive spot in the rainy route called Marine Cave follow the cave to find Kyogre.

Remember the Weather Institute south of Fortree? That's where you learn the location of Kyogre and Groudon.

Go to the weather institute near fortree. A scientist on the top floor will tell the location for them. Big drought for Groudon and Massive rainfall for Kyogre. When you get to the route he told you, it will be raining(Kyogre) or Sunny(Groudon).
