Question for Pokemon Emerald
You can go to the moon my friend showed me it whent he got to the moon but how do I get the rocket lanches to go up it just satys on 37 all the time is there a thing you have to do to make it go up?

From my experiences you cannot go to the moon. If you want to go there because you think deoxys is there, you actually find deoxys on birth island.

I saw this post saying that you have to get 5 little yellow stars on your trainer card next to your name or something. It said to get them, you have to:
1.Beat the Pokemon league.
2.Beat all the Master Rank contests.
3.Complete the Pokedex.
He didn't know how to get the other 2 but he said he thinks to get one more you have to go to mirage island. The other one is a mystery...
