I watched the tv for latios but I don't have the slightest clue wut route it said and i'm sure it changed by now but I don't want to start over does anyone know wut I could do besides gameshark

Keep travveling aroung Hoen walking through Long grass and it will appear eventually but this could take a long time. I am not sure if beating the elete four will cause you to get another TV Broadcast about it so give it a try. Hope this helps

It doesn't tell you the route. You have to travel all around Hoenn to find it.
