Question for Pokemon Emerald

How do you catch that stupid latias becus I have it to 2 hp it's aslep and I'm throing a ulatraball at it but it still wont work and don't say use a master ball becus I used it on racuasa

Instead iof putting it to sleep, freeze it.

You just have to keep trying and be patientn i'm afraid. If the battle lasts a long time use Timer Balls

Keep using ultra balls on it after the battle has gone on for quite a few turns start using timer balls

You were supposed to use the ULTRA BALLS on Rayquaza, not the Master Ball!! Well, Get a Pokemon with mean look, like golbat(a wobbufet also works with it's shadow tag ability)and trap Latias so she can't flee and start throwing ultra balls like crazy, just don't defeat it.

When it's at 2 Hp you could use false swipe. (Leaves the opponent with at least 1 HP.) Then try putting it asleep. And JUST CHUG MORE ULTRA BALLS! You could also try to lower it's stat like using the move leer.

To cach latias yo might want to use timer balls.By about 30 timer balls.
