Paralyze it or make it sleep get it's heatlh to ready and try your because I caught mine in an ultra ball.

You need to put it into some kind of status condition other than poison/burn or any other kind of status condition that will harm it and get the hp down to red. I caught mine with a pokeball and it wasnt that hard only one Pokemon got knocked out and that was because he was weak
