My questions are:

1)what are the steps to activate the action replay for shiny pokemon?

2)what is the best Pokemon and their move for coolness in the contest?

3)what berry is need to evolve feebas to melotic?

4)what is the best move should I teach in my heracross(attack)?

I don't really care about question one or two. As for 3 you are going to want to get the berries that there are only one of, like ones you get from the berry masters wife when entering a specific saying, then you should make pokeblocks, preferably with the berry blending master. Heracross definitely has to know megahorn and brick break. Other options can be substitute and focus punch, or rock slide, earthquake, endure and reversal, swords dance is a nice touch also.

2. I don't care. Fill their set with Cool moves.
3. Berries that raise Beauty.
4. There is none. Is it that hard to make a balanced set? Megahorn, Brick Break, Rock Slide and Focus Punch, holding Choice Band!
