How do you catch a jiggilypuff???i really need it so I can complete my hoen pokedex then I get my diploma and a jhoto starter!please answer this question.

You have 2 trade with either fire red or leaf green or use gameshark or action replay

Jigglypuff is in the northern section of the route above rustboro. You have to surf far to get there.

You can find jigglypuff on route 115 where meteor falls is you have
To use surf in go north of meteor falls keep go north in tell you
See trainer in a patch of grass
