I was just wondering if there is an easy way to make feebas apear because I've been trying for hours and all I get is relicanths.

Youre in the wrong spot if you are finding relicanths. You shuold be finding mostly carvannahs if anything. But to answer your question, no there isnt an easy way to make him appear. The only good news is that once you find him he will be in that square all the time and reasonably frequently too.

You're really far away and in the WRONG spot.
Feebas is on Route 119. When you surf there and use the Fishing Rod, that's all you need to do, it's based on luck pretty much.
