Go to the Fossil Maniac's house, keep going into that cave. You should be able to find a Ditto there.

You can catch a ditto on, by going to route 114, going in the fossil maniac's house, and goign into the desert underpass

You can get that in the fossil manic once you beat the elite 4... I think but for sure you can get there.
