Question for Pokemon Emerald
Is it true that the old man in the Shoal Cave makes a special bell if I have 200 Shoal Salt and 200 Shoal Shells? I'm curious because someone told me that this really happens.

I have not played this game for over 3 years but as far as I can remember yeah he makes one for you cannot remmebr what it is called, it is an item to make your Pokemon hold but I cannot remeber what it does. I am sure you do not need 200 of each though, talk to the guy he will tell you what it is you need.

You only need 4 of each but I can't remember what the bell is. And yes he does give you a bell
