I know I have to have two wailord and two relicanth to open the regis caves..

First of all you need 1 Wailord and, 1 relicanth. Fly to Sootopoolis. Use surf and go in front of the Gym's door. (Don't go in!) Then walk down and surf. Once your surfing go all the way down and use dive once you see the dark blue water. Now once your under water go down until your out of the small cave. Then go into grass and look for a relicanth. Warning! Relicanth appear very, very rarely so be patient. And THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE WHERE YOU CAN FIND RELICANTHS!!!

Relicanth is in an under water world below sootopolis city.When you found the way into sootopolis city were you hade to dive and find that one entrance relicanth are found there in the seaweed.They are very rare it will take a while for you to find it.If you have anymore questions just ask and ill answer them see ya

It takes a while because it's really rare, but be patient and you'll find one eventually. Also, someone told me to use a Pokemon that has sweet scent to find it, and I think that helps.
