To get the tm flash you have to travel to dewford it's in the cave were you first meet steve.When you first go in there a man at the entrance talk to him and hell give you flash

You get HM Flash inside Granite Cave. There is a hiker just inside the entrance. Talk to him, and he'll give you the HM.

The HM for Flash is given to you in the Devon Cave (or whatever it's called). The Hiker at the Entrance will give it to you.

Go to the granite cave in deworf city in the cave you'll find a man talk to him then hell give you HM flash.
