Is there a way to obtain jirachi,deoxys,lugia,latios and latias only using..

Jirachi can be obtained through the bonus disc you got when you pre-ordered Pokemon Colloseum. If you didn't, too bad.

Deoxys can be obtained by getting the Aurora Ticket from a Nintendo Event OUTSIDE the game.

Lugia can be traded from Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness.

Latios can be found anywhere if you chose the Pokemon to be blue after you beat the Elite Four. If not, that will be Latias. The opposite Pokemon can be found on Southern Island which is accesible by having an Eon Ticket, which is obtained through a Nintendo Event OUTSIDE the game.

Latios and Latias, you can catch but the rest... No.

You can obtain those Pokemon by activating mystery gift on your game and then hoping nintendo hosts a nintendo event.

Going to a Nintendo Pok�mon Event is the only other way, but they're probably going to be doing them for Diamond and Pearl now.

No, one latias or latios, rayquaza and groudon / kyogre. The rest can only be obtained through nintendo events, or trading with someone who has it.

You can get Jirachi by the Pre Order disc from Pokemon Colosseum and, after you beat the boss at Realgam Tower (Forgot Name) go to Phenac's Pokemon Center and, go down the stairs there you can trade Pokemon.

Deoxys: Get the Aurora Ticket from a Nintendo Event in Seattle Washigton or any other places, you should either have the ticket or you can buy it at the Lilycove Department store. Go to the ferry in Lily cove and when you have the ticket they should take you to Birth Island. There walk through the door and you should end up in an area with a triangle. First walk up to the triangle and press A then, it should move.
-Start at the bottom of the triangle. -One step down and all the way left. -Three steps right and all the way up. -Five steps down and all the way right. -Three steps up and all the way left. -All the way right. -Two steps left and all the way down. -One step down and all the way left.
-All the way right. -Three steps left and face down.
Then the triangle should turn red. You might want to save and, have moves such as Stun Spore, Spore, Hypnosis, etc. Deoxys will be at Lv 30.

Lugia&Ho-Ho: Go to a Nintendo Event, get the Mystic ticket, go to the ferry, and they will sail you to Navel rock. Now first, go into the cave. Then, your going to keep going in the go through the cave until you see 2 paths. (1 going right and, the other going north.) Go north now there will be a big area you can go right or left and, when you go in these directions there will be 1ladder on the right and, 1 ladder on the left. One will go up and, one will go down. If you go to the ladder that go's up you will go to Ho-Ho, if you go to the ladder that go's down to Lugia. And down fret about which ladder to go to you can catch both Lugia and, Ho-Ho. (P.S. I suggest you beat the Elite Four and, when you go to the Battle frointer if you still have your Masterball make a Pokemon hold it then, go to the Battle Tower and clone your Pokemon holding the Masterball so you'll have 2 Master balls.

Latios&Latias: After you beat the Elite four and, after the credits (you can shut your game off then on to skip through the credits.) you should end up in your room. Walk down stairs then your Mom should ask you about a POKEMON flying through the air and she asks you what color it is. If you pick red it si Latias and, if you pick Blue it will be Latios. After that happens you will find the Pokemon you chose anywhere in the wild. Now if you want both mix records with a Ruby/Saphire game that has the Eon Ticket. Now you should have the Eon Ticket or you can by it at the Lilycove Department store. Go to the ferry and they will sail you to... (I forgot the name of the Island.) There, go into the woods then walk up to the green thing in the middle of the area and, press A. Then, the Lati you chose will be the oppisite of the one you found at the Island. Both Latias/Latios will be Lv. 50

If you have a friend who has any of the Pokemon you can't get with just the game, you can have them clone them then trade for it. My friend has emerald too, so I got Latios and he's getting Latias, then we're going to trade and clone so that we each have both of them.
