Nintendo events are OUTSIDE the game, as I've said over 100 times.

You need to find a store or place that is holding the Nintendo Event, which is located Outside of the actual game. If you need to, check Pokemon.com, they're your best bet on Pok�mon tours.

NO! Dont listen to him. The solution is easy. Just get 2 games with mystery event, and access it at the start menu. You will get all of the tickets and charts. Youre welcome.

Get 2 emeralds with mystery gift and a wireless adaptor. Both access it at the start menu. You should get all the tickets and charts. The end.

A nintendo event is outside the game where you go and get these items.If you can't attend a nintendo event just use a cheating device it's the fastest way of getting rare items.
