Question for Pokemon Emerald

Does Heracross learn Megahorn before Level 50? If it doesn't, what can be a way so that it learns Megahorn before Level 50?

Thanks to anyone who answers.

P.S. What would be a type-matching moveset for Heracross?

No it learns it at lv. 53. And no training it is the only way it'll learn megahorn. A good moveset for heracross could be:

Megahorn
Focus Punch
Rock Slide
HP [ghost]/Brick Break

Heracross learns Megahorn at Level 53, level training it is the only way unless you have the patience to Breed it and pray that Megahorn is in the set.

Anyway, a great set that professionals like me who play competitive Pokmon, would be this:

Heracross @ Choice Band (Guts)

Brick Break/Facade
Focus Punch/Facade
Megahorn
Rock Slide

Brick Break gets STAB and does a great deal of damage. If you have Guts, use Facade over Focus Punch or Brick Break. Facade will do so much damage if he has a status condition that it isn't even funny. Guts + Facade (x2 damage) + awesome attack = win. Megahorn gets STAB and dents so many things. Rock Slide is from breeding and does a great deal of damage over a variety of types.
