Question for Pokemon Emerald
What would be a good third Pokemon to use in the Battle Frontier along with Gyarados and Latios? Provide a Pokemon with an offensive moveset- make sure they hve good moves for type-matching and that they are all physical attack moves. Also, provide another Pokemon with a completely defensive moveset. Please make sure that the offensive and defensive Pokemon you reccomend are not the same Pokemon.

I'd suggest a Heracross.
He can't do anything defensive, so here is his Choice Band set. I explained it in another question you asked, so I don't need to provide you with how you should use it, right?
