Question for Pokemon Emerald
What is a recommended moveset for Regice for the Battle Frontier? Please provide a moveset for an offensive Regice and one for a defensive Regice. (I have two Regice due to cloning.)

Regice is decent with both. If you try and make it defensive, it will be really damn hard to take down. Try these sets. These are competitive sets that really do annoy people.
Offense:
Regice@Leftovers
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Thunder Wave
Rest/Psych Up
Ice Beam gets STAB. Thunderbolt for water types that want to try and wall you, like Milotic. Thunder Wave to make things REALLY slow. Psych Up to steal stat uppers things. Rest to take away Status conditions or to heal.
Defensive:
Ice Beam
Iron Defense (I think it can learn it, if not, use Thunderbolt)
Amnesia
Rest
Ice Beam anything that gets in your way, otherwise start upping your defense and resting when necessary, this will make you so damn hard to take down.
