Question for Pokemon Emerald

I have a some questions:
1)How do you catch a feebas
2)What is a nintendo event
3)How do you a Mystic ticket, Aura ticket, and old seachart
4)I heard you can get an Eon ticket by taking a Pokemon Emerald and Mixing records with a Ruby or Saphire. I did this three times and I never got an Eon ticket and he had one when I mixed records. Help me.

1.Go to Route 119...surf and use a Super Rod...be patient...don't speed up surfing...take one step at a time and start fishing in every direction...then go to the next...theres about 120 tiles there in Route 119...only 6 contains the Feebas..so be very patient...otherwise just cheat..

2.Nintendo Event is a special event held in malls or somewhere where you can get stuff you can't easily get in the game. It's currently in America right now..check the Pokemon fansite for details on there current location

3.You can get them by Cheating Devices,Nintendo Event like what I said up there or by Mixing Records with someone else..

4.That would be a glitch

1) Feebas is loacted on route 119 underneath Fortree City. You'll need a Super Rod.

2) A Nintendo Event is an... Event held by Nintendo around Various locations in America. 3) Mystic, Aurora ticket and Old Sea Chart are all obtained from Nintendo Events.

4) The Ruby/Sapphire version must already have the Eon Ticket IN IT.

1) Fishing on Route 116, six tiles will contain Feebas, very rare indeed.
2) An event sponsored by Nintendo. They are located at various places, Wal-Mart, Toys 'R Us, The Pok�mon Center, etc.
3) Going to a Nintendo Event.
4) You need the Eon Ticket with that game, but the whole thing is switched around, the receiver game (You on Emerald) will get it if you do MYSTERY GIFT with Ruby/Sapphire.
