How do you evolve Pichu?
I don't know what it means by evolve by making it like you a lot and how can you check how much it likes you?

Make it love you...give it Stat enhancers and pokeblocks and let it hold in EXP.Share and then go battle the E4

When it loves you, then you level it up. Don't let it faint in battle and give it lots of Stat Enhancers (Carbos, Protein, those things.) When you want to know it's love evaluation by you, go to Verdantuf Town and go to the lady with a Pikachu. If she says it couldn't possibly love you anymore, level it up, it will then evolve into Pikachu.
