Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hey just one question has anyone got a cheat to get jirachi and celebi there is a code on ar cheats but you get a bad egg and when it hatched the game freezed so I turned it off some people got it to work but it wont for me so if anyone can get me the codes answer

You use an AR...well you could just use a modifier code or a warp code
