Question for Pokemon Emerald
I have a few questions:
1) besides running around like a turd and using a cheating device, what is the easyest way to find the Latias, (the Red one) if I have never encountered it before at all
2) How much would an action replay, gameshark, etc., cost me at Wal-Mart?
And 3) Please do not say get the Eon Ticket and go to sothern Island, because I already have Latios from trading before beating the Pokemon League and I chose Red from the answers when your mom asks what color it was.
PS* My Latios is at Lvl. 54 (heck, I have more of him from cloneing) and I can get more master balls for Latias' capture by cloning, so Please answer.

Note* I am not answering my own question, I am simply typing a statement that IS true and is aiming at no one special (Salek). Listen, If you read my question and say that the FACT that I have LATIOS cloned is a LIE (Salek!) It is NOT!!!! Because Latios and Latias are both (well not sure about Latias) able to get into the places of the Battle Frointier because the restriction applies to all the super aincient (Groudon, Kyroger, Rayquaza, Mew, Mewtwo, Deoxys, & Jirachi (I think), Ho-oh, and Lugia, and Celebi. The Pokemon that ARE allowed are: the Lati's, the first 3 legendary birds, the legendary dogs (not sure, cause I never traded them), the Regi's, and every thing else.

Anyway:
1) don't go looking for it. It will not come when expected.
Finish a part of the game(defeat some Battle Braims at Battle Frontier)
And then go looking. If you already seen it you can go to it on you're Pokedex and
Go to Latias and press A to bring up it's area.

1.there is one way to get it without running around or cheating. Use a max repel and get a Pokemon to learn sweet scent(oddish can learn it by level). Go into a patch of grass use repel then sweetscent. This is how I caught mine.
PS>Don't listen to that other guy. He probably doesn't know how to clone.
