Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi, I currently have three questions on two topics:
Topic 1: PokeRus Virus
1) What exactly do I have to do in order to contract the PokeRus virus?
2) And how do I spread it to the rest of my Pokemon?
Topic 2: Bagon (sorry, I know you've heard this question before)
3) Where, and on which game, can I find Bagon?

1) Physically hit a Pok�mon.
2) It spreads on auto.
3) Meteor Falls in the cave where you need Waterfall to acess it.

1.Catch/Body contact with the Pokemon that has virus...cheating too much will give you one..they said in route 102...is the place to find one...

2.Put one in your party first and let the virus spread...after that put any Pokemon that has the virus to your box and it will spread...

3.Deep inside the meteor cave

To get Bagon you need to have a Pokemon with Surf & Waterfall. You have to go to Meteor Falls and go by the water and surf up and there will be a waterfall. Use waterfall and there will be another entrance go in it and go up and there will be stairs go through them. Go left than up and there will be more stairs. Go through them and there will be a couple of old people go up by the dragon trainer. Then go down the bumps all the way to the west keep going by the wall and you will see more stairs go through them. Then you will go down, East and surf. There will be another entrance go through it and surf North and it might take a couple tries but there Bagon is.
