Question for Pokemon Emerald
Hi everyone. I have a couple of questions to ask:
(thanks for whoever will answer)
1) In ev training, do you get evs from wild pokemons only or you can also get evs from trainer's pokemons??
2) When I look at latios' moves after I caught it, the move refresh has still accuracy of 100, so, does that move still miss on your own pokemon??
3) What is the best fighting(type) move that swampert can learn? Can it be brick break or seismic toss??
4) What is the best moveset for swampert, latios and metagross?(for the battle frontier)

2.It will miss..but if the move has -- accuracy..then it won't miss..unless you use it while the Pokemon used fly/bounce..it will miss
3.None...it's retarted to give swampert a fighting type move

2. Refresh doesn't have accuracy.
3. Swampert is a piece of crap if you teach it a Fighting move. Just teach it Earthquake, Rock Slide, Surf and Ice Beam.
4. Swampert, I said above.
