You can move them with an E-Reader. Sipe a trainer card. That trainer is the 70th trainer in the Trainers Eye's section of the pokeNav.

No. You need the Walkthrough Walls Code for Action Replay or GS, or you can get an E-Reader and some special ticket. I used to have one, but I didn't have the E-Reader at the time.

I'd have to say no, unless there is a door behind it in which I would say there may be a way to get through.

I used the walk through walls code: I didn't go through the door. I just keep going and hit a wall.
I'd say you need that E-reader card.
