Question for Pokemon Emerald
I like getting Pokemon from the safari park but I found that the Pokemon are too much of a hight level to evolve them I was wondering if you can evolve Pokemon that have gone pass the level that they are supposed to?

Yes. You just level them up one more time and they still level up.

Just cause a Pokemon is 5 levels or more over the level they evolve at doesnt mean they wont evolve.torchic evolves at level 16 but if you press B before it evolves it wont evolve till it raises another level.all the evolving at level 16 means is that it is the lowest level it is able to evolve at.if you don't want a Pokemon to evolve then make it hold an everstone.
