You ressurect fossils at the 3rd floor in Devon Corp. Give the man your fossil, then leave the room and re-enter. You should have an Anorith or a Lileep depending on which fossil you chose.

Rustoboro City, then go into the Corporation Building.

You go to the one building in Rustboro where you got your Pokenav. The scientit dude is on the second floor. Talk to him then walk out of the building then walk back in to find your resurected pokemon.

Go to the SECOND floor of the devon corporation and the guy in the back will ressurect them for you, free of charge.
