Question for Pokemon Emerald

I forgot if Agility is a TM or not. If so what number is it and where can I get it? If not where can I get Heart Scales?

Agility is not a TM. You can get Heart Scales by stealing from wild Luvdisc.

I don't think Agility is TM... Herat Scales can be found almost anywhere near an Ocean.

Agility is not a TM...Heart Scales can be obtained by catching a lot of Luvdis and hope that some of them might be holding the Heart Scale

1. Agility is not a TM. It was in the past though.

2. Heart Scales can be taken from a wild Luvdisc by using Theif, or just catching them.

Sorry, but Agility is not a Technical Machine, but don't fret! You can find Heart Scales basically around or on beaches; try using the Itemfinder. Also, wild Luvdisc hold Heart Scales as held items; steal 'em!

Agility is not a TM, sorry. You can get Heart Scales like on beaches near Mossdeep and you can also get them, even though it's not likely, from Luvdiscs. Just get a lot of UltraBalls to catch a lot or if one of your Pokemon knows Thief or Covet (Covet is better because of higher PP) to steal from the Luvdiscs.
