Okay what is the best and easiest way to get you're eevee to evolve into an espeon or umbreon without any cheats?

Between the hours of 12 PM(In-Game) to 11 AM, train your Eevee and have it like you a lot if you want Espeon.

Between 12 AM and 11 PM, train your Eevee and make sure it loves you if you want Umbreon.

Level up at the right time when you want a particular Eeveelution of Espeon or Umbreon.

The easiest and best way to evolve your Eevee would be to level it up at the Pokemon League, attach a Soothe Bell or a certain berry to get it's friendship up and equip an Exp. Share to level it up fast. Another way to get it's friendship up is to use Proteins, Carbos, Calcium, and HP Ups on it. If you want an Umbreon, then level it up through PM hours and if you want an Espeon then level it up during AM hours. Also, do not trade then to a different game because they will lose all friendship. Just breed your soon to be Espeon/Umbreon to get another Eevee and do the same steps to get the other evolution.
