How do I get inside the sealed chamber?

First you have to go west of Pacificlog Town and get through a few currents and if you did it right you should be in a + shaped area where you can use dive. When you go down in the water,you should see braille and go to the surface and you arein sealed chamber. Go straight up to the braille and use dig. Then you will see another chamber. Go straight to the top of the chamber and have Wailord on the top of your party and have Relicanth in the bottom of your party. Then it will say "A door has opened far away." and you will have unlocked the Regis.

First you must catch a wailmer and evolve it to wailord at level 40, cath a relicanth aswell at the underwater area near sootopoulus city the grassy area.. Then use dive at the area which I forgot what route it is aswell, in the fast current area between slatport and pacifidlog town, when your inside go out side the cave and go to the rock. Read it and then surf back up and you will be inside the sealed chamber.. Now read the platform on the vary end in the wall and then use dig and it wll open up, go inside and read the platform at the veyr back then put your wailord first in your party and then relicantch at the end and then there will be shaking thing and it will say three doors have openedn.
