Get salamence and teach it flamethrower, crunch, fly,
As for your party...
Nuzleaf: evolve with leaf stone. Teach it giga drain and extrasensory instead of rock smash and nature power.
Gardevoir: teleport for calm mind, thunderbolt over imprison.
Absol: I suppose it's ok.
Torkoal: Rest instead of Strength
Swampert: change mud sport to earthquake.
Dont ever, ever give dive to swampert.
Hope I helped
Salamance or Flygon. Or if you want Ray, any of those three are good.
Nuzleaf: Remove him for a better grass like tropius or an electric type.
Gardevoir:remove her and put a fighting type cause you need it.
Absol:give him these first, flamethrower,Bite,Thunderbolt,Ice beam
Torkoal:just replace ember with iron defense
Swampert:Earthquake,Surf,Ice beam,Muddy water/Take down etc.
Any of them are a good choice, it depends on the movesets really.
