No cacturne island the only official islands on this game are:

Souther Island
Far Away Island
Birth Island
Navel Rock Island
Battle Frontier Island

How do I get to these islands?

Yo there is definately no such thing as cacturne island. You might be wondering about mirage island or some other island but I'm not sure so you might just want to look into it a bit more and then ask a question that actually makes sense.

Cacturne Island? There's no such place. Not in this game anyway... To get a Cacturne, catch a Cacnea in the Desert and evolve it.
