Question for Pokemon Emerald
Please can you tell me if there is a way to get those rare Pokemon (lugia,Ho-Oh,Celibi,Deoxys,etc) without using a cheat divice? If you can please tell me how I don't care if you don't know all of them and how to get them tell me the ones you know

You can get Ho-Oh on Pokemon Colessium.
You can get Lugia on Pokemon XD Gale Of Darkness.
Celebi is unobtainable without a cheat device.
Deoxys is unobtainable without a cheat device.
You can get Jirachi off the bonus disk for Pokemon Colessium.
Mew is unobtainable without a cheat device.
