You Cant catch ANY 4th gen Pokemon in emerald or any pkmn games EXEPT diamond and pearl which will be out in 2007

If you didn't just perceive that, that would have been a "You can't get a Munchlax in emerald. Not even by cheating."

They SHOULD have had tubby in the game, he's already appeared in the series. But, unfortunately , they only have Lax nature, which isn't close.
