Question for Pokemon Emerald

I have made it to one Fronteir brain,Pike Queen Lucy but, I can't beat her!!!! What do I do? I use these Pokemon all the time:

Glalie lv 50: Crunch,Ice Beam,Headbutt,Protect
Houndoom lv 50: Fire Blast,Taunt,Overheat,Faint Attack
Shiftry lv 50: Extrasensory,Torment,Faint Attack,Razor Wind

Surf

Shiftry is horrible. She depends on Milotic and Shuckle. Seviper is for Poison stalling.

You need something like Latios, or Regice. Try:

Regice @ Leftovers

Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Rest
Thunder Wave
^This is a standard Regice in OU(Overused) Gameplay, use Thunder Wave on Shuckle so she will force it to rest. Rest has 10 PP so let it run out, then you can outstall it while using Ice Beam. Thunderbolt is also for Milotic.

Latios @ Twistedspoon

Psychic
Recover
Dragon Claw
Thunderbolt

This is a good Latios to use, in Uber play, we give him Soul Dew, and Calm Mind, but thats not needed right now. Psychic will destroy Seviper, and it has STAB. Dragon Claw is also powerful, plus it has STAB. Recover is for when neccisary to recover HP. If your Regice goes down and Milotic is low on HP, Thunderbolt it.

Snorlax @ Chesto Berry

Curse
Rest
Body Slam
Earthquake

This is a standard Snorlax. When Shuckle tries to Toxic you, all you have to do is Curse a few times, then Rest. You will wake up, and Earthquake your way to Victory.

Everyone is OK all except Shiftry. I would get rid of that moveset and give it a better one with better moves.
