I think your teams are ok at best. With swellow you don't need 3 flying moves. Remove one of them for facade, it's tank on a swellow with guts plus a status condition. Blissey would work OK I guess but you could have a totally different moveset but I'm sure you don't care.

As for the level 60s pretty good, but you may wanna get rid of delcatty. Youve got dragon/psychic rock/dark a heracross would fit in well with fighting/bug type but just a suggestion. Having psychic and mist ball is kinda dumb except mist ball lowers special defense 50% of the time you might (might) be better getting rid of that for something else recover maybe. I hate to say it but tyranitar stinks hes got awesome attack and decent special attack. Dragon dance increases speed and attack none of the moves he has are attack you'd be better with rock slide for stab and on attack and maybe outrage for Earthquake and give him a new berry or leftovers. You might not agree with all this but just think about it especially t-tar's move and delcatty for heracross or maybe something like zapdos.
