WHAT IN THE WORLD IS A LAX TAG???? How does it work? Could I get a Bonsly or a Munchlax with it?

Lax Incense is just a hold item for pokemon. It activates in battle automaticly. And NO you can't get Bonsly or Munchlax with it. You can't get them in emerald.

I'm assuming that you mean 'Lax Incense', because an item by the name of 'Lax Tag' doesn't exist in this game. Breed a pair of Wobbufett (with one of the partners holding Lax Incense) to acquire a Wynaut egg.
