I'll just give you tips on what should an' shouldn't be.
Lugia: Should have Recover, Psychic, Ice Beam/ Surf/ Thunderbolt, and Aeroblast.
Ho-oh: Should have Flamethrower, Recover, Earthquake, Aerial Ace/ Fly. If you do Fly put Leftovers on him.
Mew: Should have Calm Mind, Psychic, Recover, Ice Beam.
Sunflora: If it can do Sleep Powder, teach it that. If not, Toxic. If it can't do that, Return instead of Flash. If it can do Sleep Powder, still tech it Return instead of Solarbeam or Razor Leaf.
Deoxys: Should have Calm Mind, Recover, Pshychic, Thunderbolt.
You didn't need to give us yur trainer info. Just the Pokes an' their move sets.

That is a pretty good team but I would like to know how you got Ho-Oh, Lugia, Mew and Deoxys (i know you arn't lying because I know Mew learns Psychic, trasform and mega punch and deoxys learns all of those moves)

3/10 I think you have a major weakness to electric and dark. Always try to have movesets that will obliterate your weakness.
