It won't I'm afraid, you'll have to get another Feebas... Try giving it better berries.

If he wont eat anymore pokeblocks then he wont eat anymore. Catch a Ditto and breed it. Be sure to feed the new one Blue and Indigo (DRY) pokeblocks.

He won't. You've fed him too many Pok'eblocks already.
To help, get a nature that prefers dry blocks, and make high-quality Pok'eblocks from the best berries.
