Where can I get the pokemons Rayquaza,Lugia,Ho-oh,Kyorge,Pickacu,Squirtlle,Bulbaser, and Charizard.

Rayquaza- you can get him at the sky pillar, you need a mach bike to pass to the crack.
Ho=oh and Lugia- yoa have to trade frome fire red or leaf green, or use a cheat device.
Kyogre: after you beat the league, go bak to the weather institute and talk to the guy upstairs, he'll tell you strang wheather in such place, go to the place to tells that there's weird weather,

Pikachu- you can find one in the safari zone.
Kanto starters: you have to trade from fire red or leaf green, otherwise use a cheat device.
Rayquaza is in Sky Piller,he can be acquired when you beat Juan,you will need the Mach Bike to get to him. Lugia will need an Action Replay or one of the special tickets in Pokemon FireRed and Pokemon LeafGreen. Ho-Oh is the same thing I said to Lugia.Pikachu is in the Safari Zone. Squirtle,Bulbasaur,and Charizard Will have to be traded from FireRed or LeafGreen
You can get a LUGIA from pokemon: xd gale of darkness
And a ho-oh from Pokemon
And Squirtlle,Bulbaser, and Charizard from Pokemon leaf green or fire red
Pickacu from Pokemon leaf green or Pokemon fire red or Pokemon emerald, ruby, sapphire in safari zone
Rayquaza in sky piller
Kyorge cave of origen on Pokemon sapphire and in emerald cave of marine cant get one on pokemon ruby
