Question for Pokemon Emerald
Hey I'm trying to catch all the acint type pokemon.
And I need help with four more.
Ive caught rayquaza and all the regi people and I've revived the fosil but I need to know how to get kyoger and groudon and deoxsis and the big blue latious guy
And I need to know where the weather station is

The weather institute is on Route 119 (Fly to Fortree and go west.) It's where you fought Team Aqua and got the Castform.
The weather institute is how you find out how to catch Kyogre and Groudon.
Kyogre will be on Routes 105, 125, 127, and I think on 129. SURF and DIVE required.
Groudon will be on Routes 114, 115, 116, and 118.
Both are at Lv. 70.
Deoxys requires a cheating device like an Action Replay. If you get it, it will be Speed Form.
As for Latios, look at my submission in Pokemon Sapphire for some help.
It will say something like "Catching Latias w/o Masterball" or something.
Did you revive only one fossil? Go to the Fossil Maniac's House on Route 114 near Fallabor and there'll be a new cave where you can get the other fossil
(you can also catch a Ditto here!)

Once you beat the elite four, You can then catch Groudon and Kyogre... Deoxys, you will need a cheating device or attend a Nintendo Event. Latios and Latias, Well there in the game, You can choose one, Then use a Eon Ticket to obtain the other.
